Design of industrial facilities and installations
The scope of the design office's operations includes the design of complete glass melting lines, raw material preparation, all accompanying installations, along with the design of industrial buildings and plant infrastructure.
We have qualified supervisory and executive staff, with the help of which, we carry out the construction of facilities and production lines, renovations of production plants, as well as their liquidation.
The engineering staff and qualified specialists provide services for the industry, including furnace "hot" repairs, emergency drains, heating and draining of furnaces.
We provide industrial manufacturers with services across the full range of competencies, including technology, technical solutions, research and analysis, as well as the implementation of special solutions.
In addition to the specialized components of production lines that we supply ourselves, we cooperate with all the leading suppliers of machines, devices and technical solutions for glass production.
History
Vitrobudowa was established as a company in 1995 and to this day has implemented dozens of large projects, hundreds of smaller ones and even more operations as part of ad hoc services.
We built our position along with the development of the domestic glass industry, which occurred after the transformation, when privately owned glass production plants began to appear, although there were still entities owned by the state. Like many Polish companies, we appeared on the international market, also worldwide, even before our country joined the European Union. Along with the transformation of the ownership structure in the industry, we also began cooperation with international corporations early on, which we have been successfully implementing to this day.

What we deliver
As a general contractor, we design infrastructure, furnaces, batch plants and installations for glass melting lines and, also based on subcontractors, we deliver and install other elements of production lines…
We build glass melting furnaces, ranging in size from several square meters, up to several hundred square meters, with capacities ranging from several tons, to over a thousand tons per day, heated with gas-air, gas-oxygen, electric and hybrid solutions
We provide maintenance and repair, including "hot works" on glass melting lines.
We build batch plants for melting with storage and supply capacities of up to several thousand tons of material, as well as comprehensive bulk material transport systems for factories and mines…
We service and repair systems for the storage, transportation and processing of raw materials.
